The Cooper County Courthouse in Booneville Missouri was built in 1912.
Hotel Frederick was built in 1905 and owned by the same family for 68 years. After being sold by the family in 1973 it became a weekend restaurant, greyhound bus station, and retirement home. It was restored and opened back up as a hotel in 2007.
The building went through major renovations under new ownership and reopened again as a hotel in 2007. It currently offers 30 guest rooms.
